Emily Gray's History:

The Emily Gray is a climbing rose that has had quite a journey. Elizabeth Hender one of the owners of this bungalow, originally lived in Bradleys Lane in Coseley, Staffs, when she was a child. Her garden was blooming with Emily Grays and from every house she has moved to, a clipping of the original Emily Gray has travelled around the United Kingdom, finally ending up at number 2 Sharaman Close in Cornwall where it has flourished ever since. The love of this rose has touched the lives of many and we hope you will see this flower in the garden during your visit to this property, after which it is lovingly named.
